• Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your date and time.
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will not owe the remaining balance, but the deposit remains non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the party are still responsible for the full balance, as we’re unable to book another event with short notice.
• Rescheduling: If made 14+ days in advance, deposits may be transferred one time to a new date within 60 days, pending availability.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows require the full balance to be paid.
• Weather closures: If Adventure Nest must close due to severe weather or safety issues, families may reschedule at no cost or receive their deposit back as a credit for a future booking.

To keep playtime cozy and avoid holiday crowding, we’re offering special 1-hour play sessions at a lower rate! Please note: our two siblings weekday deal or our "add additional child" will not be available during this period. If you’d like to bring both kiddos, you’re absolutely welcome simply purchase two tickets at checkout. Each booking includes one parent. A second adult is welcome to join for a $10 add-on. Thank you for helping us keep the space calm, and safe for all our families this holiday!
