Removing individual items or services from a package does not reduce the overall price of the package. Our staff will assist with set-up and clean-up at the beginning and end of the event, but families are still required to participate in the cleanup process.

• We strongly encourage sharing the waiver link with your guests ahead of time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Outside Food Policy
•Bringing in outside food, including cake or desserts, requires a pre-paid outside food fee.
• This must be added to your booking in advance or will be charged at check-in.
Little Explorer Package (Shared Play)
• This package takes place during open play hours and is a shared space.
• A strict 1:1 parent-to-child ratio is required.
• Any additional adults must be booked ahead of time to ensure we remain within safe capacity limits.

• Any details discussed in person or by phone with staff are not guaranteed or binding unless confirmed via email.

Final Note
Our policies are in place to ensure every party runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and provides the best experience for all families in our space. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your date and time.
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will not owe the remaining balance, but the deposit remains non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the party are still responsible for the full balance, as we’re unable to book another event with short notice.
• Rescheduling: If made 14+ days in advance, deposits may be transferred one time to a new date within 60 days, pending availability.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows require the full balance to be paid.
• Weather closures: If Adventure Nest must close due to severe weather or safety issues, families may reschedule at no cost or receive their deposit back as a credit for a future booking.

Please note: our two siblings weekday deal or our "add additional child" will not be available during this period. If you’d like to bring both kiddos, you’re absolutely welcome simply purchase two tickets at checkout. Each booking includes one parent. A second adult is welcome to join for a $10 add-on. Yes — outside food and drinks are allowed, with a few guidelines:
• All food must be nut-free to protect guests with allergies
• Food and drinks must remain in the designated eating areas or lobby
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the play areas
Outside food may not be used for celebrations or group gatherings during regular play visits in our shared lobby space.
Reservations are not required, but they are strongly recommended.
Booking in advance allows you to check availability and ensure the time slot you’re looking for is open. On days when we are hosting private parties or during busy seasons, space may be more limited.
We do accept walk-ins when space allows, but availability cannot always be guaranteed.
During holidays and school vacation weeks, time slots tend to fill up more quickly, so reservations are especially recommended.
Each child admission includes up to two adults.
If additional adults attend, they must purchase an extra adult pass, which can be added online when booking or paid for at the front desk upon arrival.
To help keep the space comfortable during busy holiday periods, only two adults per child are permitted during holiday time slots.
Are socks required?
Yes. Socks are required for both children and adults while inside the play space.
For safety, we strongly recommend grip socks, especially for children using the play equipment.
If you forget to bring socks, grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk for both children and adults.
Birthday celebrations are only permitted with a reserved party package in our designated party room.
During regular play visits, the following are not permitted in the lobby or play areas:
• Birthday cakes or cupcakes
• Candles or singing “Happy Birthday”
• Balloons, decorations, or banners
• Gift tables or party-style setups
• Large group celebrations

Private parties are first come, first served and can be booked directly through our website.
Our party packages include a reserved party room and a dedicated space for your celebration.
Adventure Nest is best suited for children ages 1–6.
Older or younger siblings are welcome to attend as long as space and availability allow, but our play structures and activities are primarily designed with toddlers and young children in mind.
Yes! Siblings of different ages are welcome to attend together.
Admission is based on availability and capacity, and all children must play safely and respectfully around younger guests.

All play sessions at Adventure Nest are sold as two-hour time blocks.
If you arrive late for your reservation, you are still welcome to join your scheduled play session, but the end time will remain the same.
For example, if you book the 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM session and arrive at 11:00 AM, you may play until 12:00 PM.
Adventure Nest closes daily from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM for cleaning, and play sessions cannot be split across different time blocks.
Late arrivals cannot return at 1:00 PM to use the remaining time, and play sessions cannot be transferred to another day.
If space and capacity allow, guests may be permitted to stay into the next play session, but this is entirely at staff discretion.
Please note that all admissions are sold as a full two-hour play block, and we do not prorate or adjust pricing based on arrival time, except during certain holiday scheduling periods.
Yes. Adventure Nest is a supervised-by-parent play space.
Parents and guardians are responsible for actively supervising their children at all times while visiting.
Our staff members are present to help maintain the space and assist guests, but they are not responsible for supervising children.
For safety, children should remain within sight of their parent or guardian while playing.
